For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C's apply)

Our integrated team work passionately to deliver our progressive service and continue to seek and develop innovative ways of working with Westminster families to enable children to have their best start in life.
Children, young people, and families are our focus and passion, and we are inviting passionate Health Visitors, with a desire to work more intensively with families, to join our dynamic diverse team. We champion the role of community health professionals to make sure our families get the best care closer to home. The current climate means this is more important than ever; ensuring that all families access face to face services and only have to tell their story once.
Co-located in the Family Hubs Bessborough Street, we’re a unique service integrated with the Local Authority Early Help Team which includes Health Visitors and Early Help Practitioners.

The intensive 0 - 5 programme is a new, early intervention home visiting programme delivered over the course of a year. You will have a small caseload of families with multiple and complex needs under the supervision of the Team Lead with the aim of contributing to the achievement of the aims set out above.
