An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the 0 to 19 Hub team based in Barnet Community supporting the work of the health visiting and school nursing teams to deliver the healthy child programme.

The post is Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm based at Winston House

Triage and manage the appointment system for the universal offer of 1 and 2 year health reviews for all Barnet resident children, recording information clearly and accurately.

Support the health visiting teams with the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and to achieve their targets for the universal offer of 1 and 2 year health reviews within Barnet.

Support both the health visiting and school nursing teams with the delivery of all aspects of the Healthy Child Programme across the 0 to 19 age range.

Manage the new birth notifications for Whittington Health on a daily basis including the tracking, logging and correct distribution of all Birth Notifications. Identifying any discrepancies and notifying the appropriate team/person/service of such.

The post holder will be responsible with colleagues for managing the 0 to 19 Hub telephone line. Responding and resolving clients/professional requests and where appropriate triaging to the duty health visitor.
