Senior Philanthropy Manager

NL Recruitment is looking for a **Senior Philanthropy Manager** for an international children's charity.
Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, you will be managing 2 philanthropy fundraisers and will be responsible for stewarding existing donor relationships, and for generating and managing new high value relationships and networks. You will also:
- Be responsible for the growth of existing donors and provide excellent relationship
- Generate income with a focus on 10,000 plus gifts
- Manage a portfolio of donors and deliver excellent account management and stewardship
- Work with the Philanthropy Management team to develop and deliver on proposal plans to meet our business objectives and strategic philanthropic partnership growth strategy
Our client is looking for an experienced, active Christian, Senior Philanthropy Manager who is an excellent communicator and exceptional relationship builder. You will also have:
- Experience working in a support function within fundraising, communications, marketing, sales or customer service
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage own workload and a portfolio of different relationships
The role is offered full-time, permanent with travel to office once a month.
