**“What’s it all about?”**

As the Head of the Delegated Authority Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right people in the right positions at the right time to provide exceptional solutions for our customers.

Working closely with the wider Retail Leadership Team, you will collaborate with various departments to drive profitable growth and manage key scheme relationships. By leading operational discipline and promoting collaborative working, you will help us not only meet our plans but also establish an outstanding reputation in the marketplace. Additionally, you will embed a Service Excellence culture, utilising operational insights and data to enhance our service proposition to customers.

Capacity planning will be crucial in this role, as you strategise on how to best utilise our workforce and develop their skillsets through coaching and support. By working closely with Underwriting and Portfolio colleagues, you will oversee the delivery of our financial plan and ensure that we meet our financial and performance metrics. As a key influencer, you will bring together different stakeholders to achieve consensus and optimise opportunities for growth. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in embedding a Consumer Duty culture for Co manufactured arrangements and overseeing the deployment of regulatory changes for the COE portfolio.

By prioritising digital solutions and data-driven decision-making, you will enhance our operational effectiveness in the back-office process and control landscape.

- We are looking for a collaborative leader who can enhance our DA Schemes Service proposition. You will lead the way in service and operational improvements by effectively managing change, negotiating, and influencing. Your ability to get the best out of people will help us achieve our retail strategy and reach our common goal.
- Working with Portfolio Underwriting & Sales teams you will deliver profit from our schemes portfolio and ensure corrective actions are taken to address performance to deliver our plan.
- You will be comfortable in a fluid technical environment and provide support and coaching to your team to ensure their success.
- As a confident communicator, you will not hesitate to challenge the status quo. Stakeholder management is a key aspect of this role, as you will be required to liaise with a wide network of stakeholders both internally and externally.
