Wigan GP Alliance requires flexible local call handlers. The role is to cover the different streams of calls we receive and cover our increased demand.

20+ hours per week. This will be within our Call Centre operating hours, which are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 & Saturdays & Sundays 8am-4pm. We offer shift patterns 8am -2pm and 2pm to 8pm but other times may be available & Saturday & Sunday 8am -4pm. Overtime is available.

The role involves taking calls from residents of Wigan and Leigh, that wish to have a medical appointment. We provide patients with bookable appointments or signpost to other services if required.

Experience is preferred but full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
