We are currently seeking a **Recruitment/HR Coordinator** to join our **Human Resources** Team. This position will be located in our Harrogate (UK) office. This is a truly unique opportunity for a Recruiting professional looking for a broad role. In this role you will support the Global Human Resources Manager as well as supporting the wider Human Resources team based in the UK and US. In this position, you will play a critical role in our efforts to identify and recruit talented scientists and engineers for consulting positions within Exponent. As part of our HR team, you will support the scheduling and coordinating of interviews and participate in a variety of recruiting special projects. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- Drafting job descriptions in our recruiting system
- Actively participating in formal interviews as note taker/HR Representative
- Generating and distributing recruiting reports
- Actively participating in weekly recruiting meetings
- Collaborating with scientists and engineers within all our technical disciplines
- Assisting with other recruiting projects as needed
- HR Administration work including but not limited to
Absence Managment
Annual leave information
Auditing of files
Employee Assistance queries
First port of call for any HR questions from internal customers
Projects
Working with US HR Team
**You will have the following skills and qualifications**:
- Experience of working within a customer service environment
- Broad range of recruiting experience
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication
- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Work well as part of a team
- CIPD Qualified or looking to become CIPD Qualified
