Payroll Coordinator

Fixed term 12-15 Month contract
**Duties include**
- Processing New Starter documentation inclusive of New Starter Checklist / P45
- Processing Leaver documentation
- Processing all variable pay
- Processing and calculating SMP, SSP, SPP, SAP including the completion of SMP1 and SSP1 forms.
- Tax Code Uplift
- Processing Pension and Auto Enrolment related activity including the relevant submissions and additional reporting.
- Issuing Pension documentation to new starters within the business
- Updating the healthcare database and issuing information packs to eligible employees
- Maintaining the existing Childcare Voucher scheme
- Calculation and preparation of Payroll gross to net to prepare for BACS submission for weekly and monthly payrolls.
- RTI processing, reporting and submission to HMRC.
For this payroll coordinator you should have:
- Previous experience working within a Payroll Department
- Current legislation knowledge of Payroll / HR policies & processes
- Experience of using Payroll software
- Familiarity with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls end to end.
