**Job Purpose**
Effectively and efficiently deliver day to day services to learners, with a particular focus on assessment. Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and other team members to ensure there is a seamless end to end customer journey for learners, using systems and processes effectively to ensure a high quality and customer focussed service is always delivered. Work flexibly and support the customer support process when required.

**Assessment**
- Provide learners with the information and guidance they require to enable them to be admitted onto NEBDN examination or assessment, and that they are fully aware of how the process will work.
- Deliver customer service excellence so that all learner enquiries and contacts are dealt with to the highest standards of service delivery and escalating where necessary.
- Effectively utilise processes and systems to support the highest standards of customer service and be ready to identify improvements.
- Deliver high quality, efficient and effective customer focussed support with direct responsibility for administrative processes relating to managing the training of Associate examiners and exam allocation.
- Organise and administer examinations across the whole qualification portfolio.
- Decide which examination sessions learners are entered for and allocate examiners appropriately to facilitate or mark exams.
- Work as an effective team member, supporting colleagues with queries, distributing workloads etc so the team operates most effectively.
- Assist with the production of exam papers, marking sheets and the maintenance of Question Banks using NEBDNs exam software.
- Monitor exam equipment stock and order where necessary.
- Support the marking process for all qualifications and the production of results, ensuring that agreed policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with the award of qualifications and the organisation of certificates. Process orders and take payments for certificates, certificated letters, and badges.
- Provide feedback and ensure any appeals from learners are dealt with in accordance with the correct procedures.
- Process, produce and send out feedback for written and OSCE examinations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and implement them in conjunction with team members and the Business Operations Manager (Assessment)
- Contribute to effective development of new assessment methods when required.
- Support relevant Committee meetings when required.

- Act as a positive ambassador for the charity at all times.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required from time to time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information conveyed by the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Managers, Trustees, beneficiaries, staff and external organisations, acknowledging the need for professional sharing of information with relevant parties.

Person Specification
1. At least two years administrative experience ideally but not necessarily in an educational setting
2. Experience of working effectively as a team member
3. Experience of effectively using IT with a working knowledge of Microsoft office software
4. Experience of delivering excellent customer service
