Job Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Location: Leeds

**Salary**: £25k-£30k depending on experience

Job Summary:
My client are seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for managing the schedule and calendar of their leadership team, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling awide range of administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office, including managing office supplies and handling facilities management tasks. Familiarity with the working environment of a software house or digitalagency is preferable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with external partners and clients, including managing the agency's contact database and scheduling client meetings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing facilities management.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage budgets and financial reports.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field (or similar)
- 3+ years of experience as an or office manager or related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
