Our client, an independent estate agency based in Highbury, North London which has been established for many years and has built a very credible reputation are recruiting a Lettings/Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity foran individual who has already gained experience within a Lettings environment to move into a role where they can build a long-term career within a fantastic company with supportive directors. Working closely with the directors on a daily basis you will bekey to the teams success. Having established a very strong Lettings department there are plans to expand into sales and grow the business further meaning more career development for you. If you are outgoing, looking for a career within estate agency administrationand like the feel of a small independent company then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The role:
Producing property details for new instructions and all marketing materials
Producing administration required for new lets such as ASTs, letters, invoices
Assisting the lettings team in obtaining EPCs, Gas safety certificates and move ins
Updating company website and property portals such as Rightmove
Supporting the lettings team and directors in the smooth running of the office
Updating company database
Assisting the Property Manager with ad hoc pm tasks
Sales administration
The requirements:
Ideally looking for 6 - 18 months experience within Lettings administration
Must have good command of the English language both verbal and written
Must be knowledgeable with IT, Microsoft word, excel, outlook
Well presented, outgoing and ability to prioritise workload
Must be looking for a long-term role and not a job hopper
The benefits:
£23k - £26k salary per annum
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 6:00pm
Working within a fantastic environment with a close team
