- WHAT YOU WILL DO- Responsible for delivering efficient responses through various communication channels to customers who have raised a case of dissatisfaction against goods and / or the services received for the whole of the UK business.
- cause analysis ensuring the needs of the customer are addressed in a timely and accurate manner within SLA’s
- Communicating with inter
- departmental resources to obtain additional information to assist with a successful resolution of a claim.
- Regular communication and updates to customers on their cases briefing management on outstanding responses.
- Compose written communication in a professional and structured manner.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- The drive and determination to deliver world class service to all our customers.
- Highly attentive to detail with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of legislation and consumer rights.
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
- Flexible in approach to supporting business requirements.
- 39.5 hours working hours (standard Contact Centre contract.)
