- WHAT YOU WILL DO- Provide Technical support for Connectivity.
- Identify ways of streamlining Connectivity assistance.
- Creating reports to understand Connectivity trends.
- Identify areas where content is missing and liaise with the technologies and training team.
- Ensure digital content is correct and easy to access.
- Identify and enhance future customer communications.
- Benchmark our digital content against industry leaders.
- Promote a positive image of Vaillant Service to all customers and colleagues.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- Excellent Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels.
- Written and spoken communication skills to assist in development of digital content.
- Desire to innovate, promote and develop future appliance connectivity and champion digitalisation.
- Motivational with a positive outlook and the determination and passion to succeed.
- The ability to offer and support new ideas in a continual changing business environment.
- Organisational and planning skills to manage your time to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills with a desire to succeed.
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce IT platform and business processes, including advanced level of PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Office.
- Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination and passion to succeed.
- Demonstrate the aptitude to deliver an effective customer experience.
- Project management skills to be able to work across departments to achieve business goals.
