- WHAT YOU WILL DO- Working as part of the Vaillant Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users.
- Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
- Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
- You should be confident giving technical advice and aim to give our customers world class customer service.
- You will be target driven and your performance will be measured on achieving KPI’s.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- A passion for customer service and you pride yourself on exceeding the expectations of our customers.
- A good problem-solving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
- We would love for you to have an existing knowledge of our products; however, we do provide full product training to all members of our team.
