**Position Summary**:
**1. Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Essential duties/responsibilities for this role are as follows:

- Produce invoices, statements and credit notes (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Assist with Supervisor/Team requests i.e. providing copies of remittances, invoices etc.
- Daily upload invoices onto customer e-comm platforms and update work instructions
- Work with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Dealing with customer enquiries via mail/phone
- Raise Cases on SalesForce
- Merp Order Account Look-up
- Assisting with ad hoc duties within the Team and general office admin

**2. Operational responsibilities**:
Adhere to company operational procedures, ensuring you:

- Follow the Company’s KPI’s and ensure ratios are maintained
- Work within guidelines of Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
- Work with internal departments to maximise communication and improve efficiencies.

**3. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- GSCE or equivalent education passes in English and Maths
- Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
- Possess general IT skills (Outlook/Microsoft Teams), including experience of working with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Sage Line 500 is beneficial.
