Building on our continued success, we are looking for a Construction Site Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. They should also be keen to develop new skills, in what is a fast-paced environment.

**Job Description**:
This is a wonderful opportunity to kick start a career in construction for those looking to either enter the industry, or those looking to share and develop their existing knowledge further. Providing a very broad and wide ranging view of construction principles, the role is site based in Leek, with head office visits as required to Ashbourne. The role will develop further with Ashbourne being the main place of work in 18-24 months. Training will be provided, including site accreditation such as CSCS.

Work will include (but not limited to):

- Assisting Project and Site Managers with general administration, including filing and data entry
- Recording of Daily Allocation Sheets
- Data input of Cost reports
- Invoice reconciliation
- Confirm holiday requests for site operatives
- Update drawing registers
- Complete client monthly returns
- Timesheets
- Update Health and safety weekly inspection information including positive interventions and near misses
- Ordering of materials & plant using internal requisition system

Personal Specification:

- Ideally previous experience in the construction industry
- Problem solving skills and innovative thinking
- Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work to timescales
- Multi-tasking skills
- Experience of Microsoft 365 desired
- Driving Licence essential
