Kingston upon Hull, United Kingdom City Health Care Partnership CIC Full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Associate Practitioner to join our intermediate care team in Hull.

The post holder will provide occupational therapy and physiotherapy interventions to a diverse client group within the Hull area and will be joining an established multi disciplinary team working across community bedded areas and within patients own homes.

The role requires you to work with both Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists as well as independently under the guidance of a Therapist. You will receive training and work towards competencies in both professions. Following this, you will continue to receive training and support to enable you to deliver high quality therapy interventions to the best of your ability.
