**Role Overview**
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales growth within the telecommunications sector. In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and a passion for customer success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively prospect for potential clients within the telecommunications market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product developments.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure accurate reporting of progress towards sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the telecommunications space.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including mobile, broadband, and enterprise communication solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Experience using CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing time and priorities efficiently.
