Inside Sales Representative

**Specific** Responsibilities**
Onboarding Process:
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the necessary steps and requirements.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition for customers.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with leads and partners.
- Maintain regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consultative Selling:
- Engage with partners to understand their pain points, challenges, and business requirements.
- Present product or service features and benefits in a compelling and tailored manner.
- Address potential client objections and position solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements in lead generation efforts.
Sales Process Management:
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Qualify & nurture leads generated through various channels such as marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals. Follow a structured sales process to move leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings.
Sales Outreach and Follow-up:
- Send sales collateral, product information, and follow-up materials to leads as necessary.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, webinars, or online presentations to showcase offerings.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Continuous Learning:
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Incorporate feedback from sales managers to improve performance and achieve targets.
Quota Achievement:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Continuously seek new sales opportunities and strategies to drive revenue growth.
**Required** Qualifications**
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Time management and organizational skills
**Preferred** **Qualifications**
- Experience using Salesforce
- Familiarity with the industry and the company's products/services
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 & teams software platforms
- Knowledge of the industry within the assigned territory
