To support the provision of a comprehensive HR service. Responsible and accountable for systems administration of the HR Information System (Cascade), providing regular management information, running employee surveys, reviewing and improving processes of the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to and carried out effectively, in support of the operations of the three homes within the Springdene Care Homes Group.

The post holder will be required to work closely with the People Director, the Group Operations Manager, Recruitment Co-ordinator, Senior People Manager and the Head of Finance, Directors and senior managers.

The Springdene Group have been caring for their local communities since 1969 and offer luxurious, state-of-the art care across three homes.
