Come and join the Endoscopy Department at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that case notes are available for those patients booked for endoscopy procedures as well as talking to patients on the telephone and meeting and greeting patients who arrive in the unit.

Please note that previous applicants need not apply.

Applicants are required to provide an efficient and streamlined service ensuring that records are sourced / retrieved 2 weeks before the date of the patients appointment. Retrieving all medical records on site from the relevant on site library or borrower, including those held off site. Check all medical records received in the unit hae been tracked correctly and amend if necessary.
