Responsibilities for the position include:
- Prepare & package FP reports for the financial planners and their clients
- preparation of transactional templated client letters, letters of authority, change of address, disengagement letters etc
- liaise with product providers, obatiaing fees & charges on specific products
- Obtain policy information, documents, fact sheets, illustrations & product comparison quotes
- Uploading plan statements & other documents to client records, following agreed naming conventions
- maintain accurate client information & record all client interaction on the back office system
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- assist with annual review process of existing clients
- assist in ad hoc requests and with company projects as and when needed
We're looking for someone with:
- previous experience working in an administration role (and experience in a financial services role is desirable)
- good understanding of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
- excellent organisational skills with a flexible and proactive approach with strong written and verbal communication skills
- proven ability to work on own initiative, delivering exceptional service to deliver the best outcome
