**Our Client**:
Our client is an Insurance Agency offering bespoke insurance services to commercial and private clients.

**The Role: **

Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team, working alongside the current Accounts Manager. There is the view that Accounts Administrator will take the lead in the next 12 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with debits and credits and refunds.
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Chasing insurers for correct invoices.
- Occasional credit control for outstanding client balances.
- Making prompt payments to insurers on a monthly basis.
- Liaising with management to produce compliant documentation for the FCA returns.
- Understanding Trial balance reports.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with Sage would be beneficial but not essential.
- The ability to adapt and adjust in a busy environment.
- Experience working within a financial services environment is desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
