Job Title: HR Co-ordinator

Location: The Studio, Bath Road, Hare Hatch, Reading, Berkshire, RG10 9SP

Rate Of Pay: £28,000 to £30,000 + Overtime

Shift Patterns: 40hrs a Week

Information about the Role:
As a HR Co-ordinator, you will work closely with HR Advisor’s, HR administrators, liaising with all employees and managers within the business. This role requires a resolute individual who can build strong, effective relationships within a business at all levels and offer the most proactive and effective administrative support. We are looking for somebody who can work on their own initiative, take ownership within their role, and also produce new and creative ways of working.

Working as a HR Co-ordinator, your duties will include the following:

- Supporting our services with onboarding process of new starters and ensuring Contracts of Employment and additional documents are prepared in a timely manner.
- Maintaining an accurately updated system with all employee and compliance records.
- File HR documentation such as: employment contracts, variation of contract letters, reference requests and any other ad hoc documentation as required.
- Collate the feedback from employee surveys.
- Oversee the HR inbox, responding to all queries within SLA.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed following company and GDPR guidelines.
- Take ownership whilst working on HR related projects, ensuring that these are completed within set time limits.
- Carrying out other relevant duties as instructed by the Head Of HR.

Necessary Experience or Qualifications:

- 2 or more years HR Experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential as full training will be provided and the opportunity to obtain CIPD qualifications.
