We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

The key accountabilities for this role are as follows:

- To provide customer quotations including the preparation of quotes for bespoke products with support from the commercial team as required
- Timely processing of PODs and invoice requests.
- Continuous improvement of Gradient sales processes and procedures
- Consistent working approach in line with Recticel values
- Assist with the initial enquiry of projects and booking in projects using MS Teams and the CRM system.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
**Education level & general experience**:Good numeracy & written/ verbal communication skills are essential. Experience working within a sales/ office environment and/or within building industry beneficial.

**Functional Expertise**:

- Sales skills & commercial competence - Good communication skills both verbal & written. Positive & professional attitude, ability to identify opportunities and needs when talking to customers. Numeracy skills & ability to work with excel analysis required.

**Understanding the Business**:

- Understands the business reasons behind our strategy and link it to daily work e.g. prioritisation and pricing approach. Able to explain to customers our business offer. Understands the content in which Gradient & Recticel Ltd operates.

**Understanding and Defining What Needs to be done - **Identifies opportunities to maximise customer service and translate into sales e.g. project/ quotation follow ups. Anticipates and plans for issues & alternatives. Ability to work with procedures and adopt continuous improvement approach

**Getting Things Done - **Effective time & objective management. Stays on course to achieve objectives with ability to meet deadlines, (e.g. delivery on internal projects, self-management of follow up for sales projects).

**Working With Others - **Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues both within Gradient and wider business - share leads and opportunities with colleagues. Strong communication & collaboration skills - internal and external. Professional telephone manner as directly customer facing

**Developing Self and Others **- Works within Recticel values, seeks out opportunities to learn and develop. Seeks feedback from customers and colleagues. Works to strengthen development areas. Understands the skills and competencies needed to progress further within current or future roles. Prepared to adopt/adapt best practice wherever originates.
