At Seated Furniture, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our organization, representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Your dedication to resolving issues and providing outstanding support will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and take ownership of resolving their issues promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and investigate customer problems, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role essentail, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
