Event Security Officer

WE ARE HIRING
We are currently recruiting ad hoc SIA Licensed Staff and Safety Stewards to join our expanding team on as Self Employed basis for the Festival Season and other upcoming events.
Hours of work Varying Days/Nights/Weekends with very competitive rates of pay.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- To ensure the health, safety and welfare of all persons attending an event to which you are assigned.
- Your basic duties will be screening a person’s suitability to enter the event or venue, advising on ground/event regulations, providing assistance as required, checking tickets and wristbands, health & safety checking or other regulations or reasonable requests of our clients.
- Providing a security presence to prevent and detect crime within a designated area
- watching equipment on site during the setup and close down periods.
- Patrolling the perimeter of an event to prevent unauthorised entry gained by individuals.
- Access control.
- Be Self Employed 18+
- Hold a valid frontline SIA Door Supervisor License for this role.
- Be smart and professional at all times
- Have good written English and communication skills.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
