We are currently looking for an **EHS Admin Specialist** to join us at our facility in **Wellingborough, UK.**

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and well-organized Health & Safety Administrator to join the company in providing administrative support to our Health & Safety Advisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Health & Safety Advisor by inputting incident, audit findings, and corrective actions into our system (training provided).
- Manage training schedules, annual inspections, and record updates.
- Coordinate health surveillance activities.
- Prepare toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
- Maintain accurate records on our database and support the EHS Advisor in integration planning.
- If you are an expert, you will help as well in performing COMAH calculations. If not, training will be provided so you can get up to speed soon

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook) and at least intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and a Chemical / Health and Safety educated level would be ideal

**Skills**:

- Ability to organize and analyze information, and maintain well-structured filing systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to work independently while managing your workload.
- A positive attitude towards routine tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
