**Main duties of the job**:

- Providing support to the operational and clinical staff in the processing of requisitions to enable clinical activity to continue smoothly, with a target of eliminating waste and over ordering.
- Gathering and providing meaningful data, reports and analysis of spend and contract data.
- Monitoring stock levels and order as required.
- Holding productive meetings with key team members to ensure all consumables and equipment arrive in a timely manner.
- Suggesting innovative solutions to current areas of development and existing processes.
- Ensuring stock rotation and expired products are correctly disposed and logged.
- Control of asset register and procurement of new equipment for clinic.
