Overview:
The Scottish Government is looking for a Resourcing Attraction Lead to work within the Resourcing Team. This is an exciting time to join the team, we have just launched a brand-new Applicant Tracking System and this opportunity will help to shape the future of Scottish Government Resourcing by transforming its service delivery across the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Defining and building the Scottish Government’s employment brand and working with others to develop the organisations ‘employee value proposition’
- Ensuring that all attraction and marketing activities support, and are being informed by, our agreed inclusion actions and plans
- Sourcing and developing fresh content across all media and growing, and engaging, our external audiences across all social channels
- Managing our external partner relationships to ensure maximum value is obtained whilst developing our own capabilities
- Ensure all attraction materials/content promote and engage diverse groups in-line with organisational inclusion strategy and objectives

Essential Criteria & Qualifications:

- Experience of developing effective recruitment campaigns that use a range of channels, including social media
- Experience of building, or supporting the build, of an employer brand
- Excellent relationship management skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders and partners
- Experience of managing teams with the ability to engage others to support activities and ensure successful delivery of tasks and projects
