Junior Payroll Advisor

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
We’re very excited to be looking for someone to join our team as a **part-time Junior Payroll Advisor**. The care and attention to detail that goes into making sure circa 780 people receive their pay on time can’t be understated. We see this role as a very important ingredient to make sure our team members feel rewarded for the work that they do.
Reporting to Thomas (Payroll Supervisor), he’ll give you time when you need his help and balance that with the room you need to do what you do best.
**As one of our Junior Payroll Advisor, you’ll**:
- assist in full end to end monthly UK payroll
- understand and process statutory payments, Attachment of Earnings etc
- be the first point of contact on all payroll queries, dealing with issues in an effective timely manner
- produce monthly pension reconciliations for upload to the pension provider
- produce employee documentation, including payslips, P60's, and P45's
- complete tasks such as reconciliations, audit requests, and following company processes
**We’re looking for someone who is**:
- familiar with payroll, we use Dayforce
- knowledgeable of UK employment tax and statutory pay policies
- highly numerate, detail and accuracy focused
- excellent MS Excel skills and happy working within tight deadlines
- clear and logical communicator, at ease in challenging where appropriate
