Join us as a customer sales representative, where your role will be crucial in helping to enhance our E-commerce and marketing channels all over the UK. You will be office-based, generating leads for sales. The team will be responsible for generating sales across several different channels including Amazon, eBay as well as our own websites.

- Strong E-commerce background with at least 2 years of experience.
- Ability to multitask and work at pace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a retail background
- Calm, efficient and full of enthusiasm, even on the busiest of days
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Organised and responsible with an efficient work style, ensuring accountability for tasks carried out
- Able to work well as part of a team, and on your own, using initiative where needed.
- Enjoys engaging with an online audience.
- Excellent customer service skills
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and maintaining listings with pricing and supplier lead times within online marketplaces and our websites
- Navigating systems to manage customer online orders and Keeping customers updated.
- Liaise with and track status of orders through 3rd party courier companies to best advise our customers.
- Creating and processing telephone orders for customers
- Manage processing of incoming/outgoing mail/correspondence to or from the business
- Assist customers in Returns and replacements as well as processing of exchanges as needed.
- Retargeting customers in abundant cart and customers which have requested samples.
- Helping with content for social media posts.
- Supporting stock deliveries, transfers and inventory counts as needed and maintaining a safe working environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of item product lines, online services, retail services, prices, delivery times, various marketing & promotional materials, and similar data, as required
