You will work within a designated ward area providing a clerical and reception service, receiving patient and members of the public as they arrive at hospital. Duties include the maintenance and filing of patient confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and out-patient appointments using the computerised patient administration system, answering telephones and relaying messages.

You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.

You should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.

Fixed term/Secondment for 12 months.

**Shift Rotation**

**Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8 am - 4 pm**

**Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4 pm - 11 pm**

**Week 3: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and**

**Friday 8 am - 4 pm**

**Week 4: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 4 pm - 11 pm**

**Week 5: Monday 4 pm - 11 pm**

**Wednesday 8 am - 4 pm**

**Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4 pm - 11 pm**

**Week 6: Monday, Thursday, Saturday and**
