The main drive for this role is to really bring together the recruitment and development of talent within the business (Note: this is a newly created position in the business) ensuring consistent and fair processes are followed, thus ensuring continued developmentof one of the best and brightest teams in the industry AND attracting new talent.

Some key duties include:

- Talent acquisition and development
- Organising and overseeing individual and team training (some off-site events)
- Planning regular performance reviews
- Workforce planning and forecasting
- Auditing current systems and identify/implement best practice
- Ensuring sustainability
- Issuing contracts of employment and other documentation and updating personnel files
- On-boarding new team members
- Supporting new team members through their probation periods
- Updating the staff handbook
- Liaising with the outsourced HR consultant regarding any queries the department managers may have
