We are seeking a skilled Executive Pastry Baker to join our team at Westone Recruitment's Production Kitchen at Perivale. As a senior member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading the production team in creating high-quality pastries and baked goods.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the production team in preparing and cooking pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to the highest standards
* Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Supervise and train junior members of the team

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a pastry chef or similar role, with leadership experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
