**About us**

Loungers is a substantial and growing operator in the UK hospitality sector, operating over 230 sites in England and Wales across three distinct but complementary brands, Lounges, Cosy Club, and Brightside. **The role in a nutshell**

As the Print Project Coordinator, you will make sure that our print materials are designed, approved, printed and delivered on time. You will also keep a close eye on costs to deliver value for money, finding efficiencies where possible and keeping waste low.

An organised approach, with epic attention to detail will be the key to success in this role. We aren’t looking for restaurant experience, but an appreciation of food and drink and an openness to learning about restaurant operations will help.

This role would suit someone who is in a similar role within hospitality or that is working in a design or print business. We are open to other backgrounds if you can show how your experience would make you great for the role.

**Getting into the detail**
- Print Coordinator for all commercial and operational projects, including menu launches.
- Create clear print project timelines that work for both project owner and our print supplier.
- Provide print updates on a weekly basis in project timeline meetings.
- Support colleagues to create clear print project briefs, with timely communication and agreed deadlines.
- Issue accurate print forecasts and purchase orders for new projects and communicate effectively with our supplier.
- Ensure all artwork and print proofs are checked and comply with requirements.
- Place regular purchase orders for stock replenishment, as well purchase orders for new site openings.
- Review and approve invoices with our finance team on a periodic basis.
- Review budgets with finance as well as menu stock takes and menu usage reports.
- Support our site teams with order requests, supplier escalations and print-related questions.

**What you’ll bring**
- Competent with all things IT, we’re talking about Office 365.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, team, and people skills.
- Detail-oriented. Excellent numerical and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience in project coordination and administration.
- Experience of working in a similar role within the hospitality or print industries is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
