Alterline are looking for a part-time (22.5 hours) Marketing & Research Executive Co-ordinator, with at least five years’ experience of working as an Executive Assistant or in an office management role, to join our team.

Supporting the team and our clients in the Higher Education sector, you will ultimately be helping to improve experiences and outcomes for students and tackle important social issues along the way.

You’ll work in a small, friendly team on a flexible hybrid basis - some hours each month will be spent working alongside members of the team at our co-working location in central Manchester and the remaining hours will be remote. The spread of the weekly hours can be agreed on appointment and could be worked across the whole week or on a condensed basis.

**Responsibilities**

You’ll help ensure the smooth running of Alterline’s research delivery and support the marketing campaigns which promote Alterline’s services. This a varied role, which includes:

- **Financial co-ordination** including working on Xero to generate client invoices and supplier orders; ensuring the provision of accurate information to clients for procurement purposes; ordering incentives to support successful research projects and effectively monitoring direct costs against research delivery.
- **Resource planning **including appointment setting with clients for meetings and workshops, speaker communications for marketing events, project planning and tracking research delivery.
- **Customer experience support** ranging from client proposal preparation through to client engagement communications and contracting.
- **Policy monitoring and updating **including ensuring essential GDPR requirements are met and data processing agreements are in place with clients.
- **Research project co-ordination** Research project co-ordination including supporting research recruitment, appointment setting with research participants and monitoring response rates.
- **Human Resource monitoring** and supporting team meetings, events and social value commitments.

**Person specification**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable role such as Executive Assistant, Project Manager or Office Manager
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Great computer skills including use of Microsoft Office
- Resource and project management experience
- Financial awareness and experience - previous use of Xero would be an advantage
- Some previous client relationship experience, including use of CRM software such as Pipedrive, would be desirable but not essential

**Qualifications**

Financial or project management qualification would be an advantage
