As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for liaising with key customers and clients, processing documentation and updating systems with relevant information surrounding their orders.

**Client Details**

Our client is a successful and leading automotive business, providing vehicles to some of the biggest names in UK business and they are now looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their business on a 12 month basis.

**Description**

As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will be:

- Assist with progress chasing vehicles from point of order to handover and invoice, advising sales team of any delays
- Working closely with management to obtain relevant authorisations
- Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers (internal and external) and liaising with them to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure receipt of cleared funds prior to release of new vehicles
- Update delivery dates within relevant system
- Carry out all electronic document filing in adherence to internal processes
- Assist all members of the Order Management and Sales teams with any reasonable request
- To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner

**Profile**

To be successful in this role:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP is desirable, but not essential
- Highly organised with great time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Customer Focus
- Ability to manage own workload and work as part of a remote team
