If so, we have a unique and exciting position in WTW for a client and insurance-market facing UK Head of Digital Assets.

With financial and product transactions increasingly moving towards lower cost and more efficient digital currencies / blockchain, WTW / FINEX aims to be at the forefront of insurance-related and advisory solutions to meet current and future client demand in financial services and related industry sectors.

**The Role**
- Lead and deliver client and insurance market facing digital asset strategy (70% weight).
- Create and execute a sales / new business and defensive strategy for prospects / clients with digital asset exposures e.g. financial institutions.
- Lead digital asset risk financing / transfer solution development in co-ordination with FINEX product innovation teams e.g. Cyber and Financial Institutions and the FINEX Head of Innovation & Acceleration.
- Regular communication with clients and insurance markets on demand and supply trends to gain competitive edge.
- Global collaboration and thought leadership (30% weight).
- Work closely with FINEX and other colleagues around the world to exchange knowledge on digital asset risks and solutions and build a global distribution capability.
- Produce thought leadership in the areas of digital assets, crypto-currency and blockchain.

**The Requirements**
- In-depth experience in working with clients to deliver insurance solutions in crypto currency / digital assets. Ideally Insurance Broker or Underwriter.
- Strong knowledge and interest in the digital asset / crypto markets and insurable risk.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuasively communicate ideas.
- Ability to collaborate, as role will involve joint work with the FINEX Practices (including strategy and sales), the wider Risk & Broking business, as well as the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions.
- Research skills to track and predict trends.
