**Responsible to**: Enrolment & Engagement Manager

**Purpose** **of Job**:
To provide a fully comprehensive support function to the unemployment contract delivery at Portland Training. The scope of the role will be varied and cover all stages of the contract delivery including initial engagement, learner support and administration tasks.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide an exceptional level of service to both external and internal clients.
- Engage with referral partners and learners and provide them with accurate information, advice, and guidance along with keeping records of all of the above activities.
- Communicate effectively and provide Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to ensure maximum referrals are converted to enrolments.
- Assign learner caseloads to the team of Enrolment Officers.
- Ensure all internal and external processes and procedures are followed for contracts and courses.
- Provide robust feedback and data to all referral partners on a regular basis.
- Update and maintain learner records including paper and electronic files.

**Skills Required**:

- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Accuracy of data inputting and a good eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages with a focus on Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work alone or under supervision
- Clear and accurate communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR

**Qualifications**
- A good standard of Maths and English
- IAG qualification desirable

**Salary**: £22,000
