With over 300MW of advanced battery and hybrid facilities and thanks to our partnership with Equinor, who are investing billions into the energy transition, we’re accelerating in the development of even larger grid-scale battery storage projects and shaping the future of the grid.
**About You**:
You are someone who is excited by the prospect of supporting various projects simultaneously, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in to any task as they come. You’ll be comfortable working closely with business development and origination teams within the company, and able to communicate effectively with individuals across the company. You will have a strong belief that positive results are the inevitable outcome of collaborative hard work.
**What will I spend my day on at Noriker?**
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to develop and implement project origination goals.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and internal teams.
- Assist with project budgets, procurement and other administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings and organise the team diary.
- Project administrative tasks
- Prepare presentations and facilitate internal approval processes.
- Support business development objectives
**What skills will I need to succeed in the role?**
- Minimum one year’s commercial work experience, preferably in an engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with exemplary organisational and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to commute to Cheltenham - this role is fully office-based for at least the first year
- Eligible to work permanently in the UK
**What is our interview process?**

- If there’s a match, we’ll invite you for a 30 min screening call to allow us to get to know each other better
- The next stage is an in-person interview with a team leader and senior management, we may ask you to prepare something for this one too
- We’ll try and get all of this done within 3 weeks
