**About Us**:
Eurilait is the English subsidiary of two large French dairies, Laita and Eurial. We import cheese from our parent companies in France and from other third-party suppliers all over Europe. We then cut and pack the cheese in our Evercreech factory before distributing to our customers across the UK. From local farm shops to the major supermarkets, we tailor our offering to meet each unique set of requirements.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Support Apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Head of HR, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.

As the business continues to grow, there will be exposure to all areas of HR meaning you will have ample opportunity to learn and develop.

You will attend Wiltshire College (Lackham Campus) once a week during term time to undertake a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scanning and filing of HR documents to maintain organised and accessible records.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR records and metrics
- Managing and updating the HR database and time and attendance software.
- Assisting with minute-taking during HR meetings, including disciplinary, absence, and grievance proceedings.
- Sending out new starter paperwork and providing support during employee onboarding
- Coordinating paperwork for seasonal agency staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Triaging HR issues and providing guidance on HR processes and procedures to employees and managers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident to deal with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Having your own transport is essential due to the location of the business and the requirement to attend college once per week.**
