**_About the role_**

Lucy & Yak are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will provide exceptional support to our Co-Founders, Lucy & Chris, and sometimes to the wider executive team. You will also be responsible for managing the Brighton Office, ensuring a safe, secure and productive working space is provided for Brighton based Lucy & Yak employees.

**_What you’ll be doing _**
- Support the Co-Founders and/or executive team with managing company level objectives and projects
- Identify and organise speaking and mentoring opportunities for the Co-Founders
- Manage all aspects of the Brighton office to include; security, supplies and liaising with the property team, landlord and external contractors to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard
- Be responsible for Health & Safety management at Brighton office sites
- Support people across the company with travel requirements
- Organise meetings that take place at the Brighton office or external venues to include agendas, preparing slide decks, maintaining the boardroom and arranging lunch/refreshments
- Manage the relationship with our outsourced IT helpdesk and carry out any on-site actions, such as ordering new equipment, raising tickets for IT onboarding/offboarding, electronic asset management and project liaison
- Help to organise staff socials, entertaining and events in line with available budget
- Manage deliveries/post in and out of the Brighton site
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ad-hoc project work as required by the business

**_What you’ll need_**
- Significant experience of working in an EA/PA role, supporting at C-level
- Office management/facilities management experience
- Health and Safety knowledge and management experience (office environment)
- Exceptional people skills - communication, interpersonal and relationship building
- Organised and able to manage changing priorities
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality

- 30 hour/4 day week with full time salary
- Salary range £40-50k depending on experience
