An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, working with partners to address health inequalities and to manage the performance of our leisure centres which have seen over £25m of investment.

The role includes managing the leisure operator contract with Everyone Active and developing Active Communities initiatives as well as managing team members to ensure successful delivery of initiatives including Feel Good Families, Feeding Ashfield and Workplace Health.

We are using an asset-based community development approach to strengthen relationships in our priority areas, developing under used assets, and attracting funding and resources, ensuring we deliver what matters to residents, and empowering them to make things happen.
