**Customer Service Officer UK & Ireland**
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their growing team in the UK.
Our client is a leading producer of flexible packaging used by major meat, cheese, beverages and other industries globally.
**Role Purpose**:
The role entails the order processing and any modification during the order-delivery lifecycle, the management of customer queries, concerns, requests as well as any objections/complaints about product and services.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Maintain customer records on interactions and transactions and accurate track of customer databases.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and SLAs.
- Prepare and distribute to HQ customer activity reports/ KPIs.
- Provide feedback to HQ Customer Service team on the efficiency of the customer service process.

**Competencies, Knowledge and Experience**:

- 2 years minimum in a similar role.
- Order taking and end-to-end management of orders.
- Excellent organisational and reprioritising skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resilience and agility.
- Proficient in Excel and Fluent English Speaker.
- Use of SAP previously is highly desirable.

**Position Traits**:

- Hybrid working model, must be able to travel to Bournemouth ½ a month.
- Full time position: from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 + lunch break.
- Competitive renumeration package.
- Travel and Expenses are covered.
- Mobility to travel to European Head office, in Greece, for regular training sessions. This can be omitted if it is a barrier and trainings to be done virtually.
