The company is looking for an experienced and adaptable **part-time** Office Administrator to join the business as an integral supporting role to the rest of the office.

**A bit about the role**
This position includes responsibilities across customer service, data entry and reporting. You will be the key supporting role to all other team members in the office, providing day to day support as well as covering responsibilities during colleagues annual leave.In brief, you will:

- Deal with customer queries
- Establish good relationships with our smaller customers, supporting them where required
- Order entry
- Invoice and receipt entry
- Reporting on company performance to support decision making and purchasing strategy
- This role is part-time and ideally we’re looking for someone to work between 09:30 - 14:00, Monday - Friday._

**A bit about you - an adaptable support specialist with strong IT skills**

**It’s essential that you**:

- Are a confident communicator
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Are super organised
- Are a confident user of IT systems including excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel
- Have great attention to detail

**It would also be great if you had**:

- Previous experience using the Sage 200 CRM software
