Finance Assistant

Care Concern Group is looking to appoint a Finance Assistant.
As Finance Assistant, you will get exposure to all financial departments within the organisation, helping maintain our company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources efficiently.

**Contract**
**_The role is based full-time at Head Office_**
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
- 1 hour for lunch
- Onsite parking
**Responsibilities**
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Create cost analysis reports.
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
**Experience Required**
- Excellent data entry skills - fast and accurate.
- Working knowledge of sage 200 & Xero is preferrable.
- Strong IT skills and in particular Excel.
- Highly organised and a ‘complete finisher’
- Strong numerical skills.
- A problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative.
