**Client Service Administrator**

**As a Client Service Administrator, you'll be**:

- Supporting the financial advisors with all administrative tasks to support with client communication.
- Representing the business with the highest level of professionalism
- Answering calls and handling client queries
- Managing client financial information and documents
- Responsible for maintaining internal systems in line with GDPR and FCA regulations.
- Drafting client responses and tracking follow-up actions
- Completing required training and staying informed of regulatory changes in financial services

**The experience and skills you will bring to the role**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, pro-active in your approach with a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; prioritising workload
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to think creatively and add value to a growing business.
