**An Asset Lead is required to work on a permanent staff basis based in Aberdeen.**

As an Asset Lead you will ensure that support is given to enable company owned Mobile equipment is managed in accordance to the company equipment assurance policy. The Asset Lead will be working closely with the Equipment & Workshop manager & the Mobile Asset Equipment manager, you will assist shaping and modernising the departments ways of working through digital processes.

**What will your responsibilities involve?**
- The Asset Lead will review workloads of the team, assign tasks and monitor progress, whilst providing support in the execution of these, ensuring all team members are clear on their role and objectives and provided training and guidance where required.
- The Asset Lead will understand the equipment booking, tracking and billing process ensuring the process fits the owners and users requirements.
- The Asset Lead will advise Equipment owner of any equipment shortfalls/discrepancies, advise on availability, options and make recommendations to rectify.
- Support and develop the local function through clearly understood roles, responsibilities, and performance objectives.
- Specialist responsibility for the following processes SAP (EPMS) system, Approval for Disposal (AFD), Motion Kinetic database & Rigging and Certification Request system.
- The Asset Lead will create monthly EPMS maintenance report for all sites, to identify sites with overdue maintenance.

**What are we looking for?**
- You will have relevant previous experience in offshore operations and equipment maintenance.
- The Asset Lead should have knowledge on maintenance systems i.e. SAP, SAP ETM & TM Master.
- You will have a proven ability to understand company processes and provide guidance to team members
- The Asset Lead should have the ability to manage and motivate a team to work to the best of their ability.
