Job Title: Asset Management Lead - Operations

Job Summary:

Orion Group is seeking an experienced Asset Management Lead - Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of asset integrity management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset integrity management processes and procedures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of assets.
  • Lead the development and execution of planned shutdown work scopes to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
  • Manage third-party engineering contractors or in-house services to ensure effective and efficient delivery of asset maintenance and repair activities.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize asset maintenance and repair activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement root cause analysis and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of integrity-related incidents or failures.
  • Support the development and execution of operational risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to asset integrity and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for asset management and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Degree or engineering qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in asset management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with asset management software and systems.
