You’ll play a central role when it comes to supporting our customers and the existing sales Team.

The first 8 weeks of your employment will consist of a comprehensive onboarding programme with full product training, alongside 1-2-1 coaching, call listening sessions, role play and team integration.

You will have a target and we will fully support you to achieve your goals.

We Offer
- £21,674 salary
- £30,000 per annum OTE potential within 12 months
- No evening or weekend work; 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Competitive bonus structure upon successful completion of 8-week probation period

- 23 days’ annual leave (inclusive of a five-day Xmas shutdown) plus bank holidays

MNT Limited, an outsourced call centre for clients in the natural health industry, is looking for resilient and ambitious professionals to expand the business.

You will be following a proven script, with the opportunity to add your personality and character. The customers calling in will be interested in ordering natural health products for conditions, such as joint problems associated with arthritis. Your primary role is to increase the order value and the role will develop into an outbound account management position where you will call and look after your customer through the lifetime of their natural health treatment plan.

Bring your enthusiasm and we’ll give you full training before you take a single call. Strong teamwork is built into the way we do things so, you’ll have lots of support and a comprehensive ongoing development programme.
